Calling all private tenants.
At the end of March 2025, the Scottish government is ending emergency protections for tenants.
They have committed to passing new permanent legislation in the form of long-term rent controls however in order to ensure these rent controls are as strong as they can be we need to gather as much data as possible to show the government how badly further protections are needed.
