Nothing is too good for the Wyndford.

After months of working together in the Wyndford Housing Scheme Local members of Living Rent and Wyndford Residents Association met in March 2019 and agreed to merge and relaunch as Wyndford Tenant's Union a local Neighbourhood branch of Living Rent. You can read our founding statement here.

Our current campaign is against Cube Housing Association's undemocratically imposed 3.4% rent hike. You can sign our petition against the rent rise here.

Likewise, you can sign our open letter to Martin Armstrong, CEO of the Wheatley Group, who oversees Cube. Due to Cube's intransigence, we are appealing to Martin to take our demands seriously and let Wyndford residents control their own community!

Are any other other UK utility companies able to support the metering and billing of MPAN’s beginning with 95000000 with a line loss factor of 100 and a meter time switch code of 801 and a profile class of 01?

The standing charge is shocking and totally unfair. Since we do not have a choice in who provides our heating, SSE should be forced to bring their charges in line with their competitors if not lower.

Furthermore we are no longer able to monitor what we spend.

The standing charges are daylight robbery. More power to the elbow of the Wyndford Tenants Union in standing up against this shameless profiteering.

I am outraged and I cannot believe that SSE or CUBE have acted legally. Disgusting.

The standing charge should have never been there in the first place. Forcing potentially vulnerable people into fuel poverty. Hang your heads in shame SSE.
