The last two years have seen lots of Housing Associations fall behind on urgent repairs and maintenance, or worse - use the pandemic to introduce unjust fees and charges at a time when it has been difficult for their tenants to challenge them. The only way to turn this around is for to tenants to get organised and push back!

With you fellow union members by your side, you will learn how to: 

- Write a formal letter of complaint and plan a member defence strategy 

- Plan and carry out direct action 

- Negotiate with the housing and win on your issue
