Damp and disrepair, eviction and constant rent hikes are rife. How can residents change housing for the better? By coming together to demand better conditions.

During this Member Defence session, Dennistoun members and residents will learn about how to take on local issues and create a strategy to win improvements.

We will:

- Run through aims and principles of the member defence (5 mins)
- Role play making first contact with the member having housing troubles (15 minutes)
- Examine two cases in detail (one eviction case and one case of disrepair) (30 mins)
- Look at strategy charts and timelining resources (10 mins)
