Empty Homes Campaign - Action Planning Session!

There are nearly 1,500 empty council houses in Edinburgh, with waiting lists for homes years long there is no justification for so many lying empty and neglected.

Members are taking action to ensure the Council cannot continue to ignore these homes. We are demanding that they are brought up to quality standard and rented out permanently to those who need them. 

Living Rent is a member led union and we use non-violent direct action to fight and win on issues in our communities. 

In this session we will:

1. Be trained up in direct action for Living Rent
2. Plan the first action of the campaign!

RSVP and bring a pal! No experience necessary and this session is open to all members in Edinburgh
