Your neighbours are getting together to call on Renfrewshire Council to make Fountain Gardens safe and welcoming.
Our park should be a thriving place for our community to enjoy, but the council has let it fall into decline and become an eyesore. Now, the mound attracts litter and rats, and children can't play there. We’re campaigning for the council to maintain and improve the park.
Your neighbours are getting organised to demand better from the council. You can read more about our campaign so far in the Glasgow Times or the Renfrewshire Gazette.
The next step in getting our voice heard will be going along to the council's meeting on 1 May at 9:30am, at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, PA1 1AN.
We'll be demonstrating outside to let councillors know we won't stand by while our community spaces slip into decline.
Come and join us! All welcome.
