Launch of Living Rent Govan & Ibrox, Saturday 29th July 11am-2pm, Clyde Community Hall

Living Rent Govan & Ibrox is launching as a new branch of Scotland's Tenants' and Community Union. Over the past year, members have been knocking doors, holding meetings, and learning how to take on Factors, Landlords and Letting Agents: now we are ready to become Living Rent's newest branch.

But we are only getting started! Alone we can do little, together we have power. Your community is getting organised to fight to have the voices of ordinary residents finally heard! 

We are inviting residents from Govan/Ibrox/Cessnock/Kinning Park to speak about issues affecting us and how we can organise to win improvements in our community and Neighbourhood. Invite a friend or neighbour.

At the launch we will:

* Celebrate the achievements of the past year

* Vote on a new campaign

* Elect a branch Committee
