Sick of student flats in Leith?

Living Rent Leith are hosting a town hall meeting on the 10th of May to hold councillors and politicians to account regarding the development of student accommodation in Dalton Scrapyard and the number of student flats in Leith. If you are sick of student accommodation constantly getting built in Leith and want social housing instead then come along and have your voice heard! At Living Rent we believe that student accommodation is bad for students and local people, it is exploitative and uses land which could be used for social housing; we need housing that benefits everyone! Local councillors, the planning committee, MSPs and MPs are invited so that they can hear what Leith thinks!
