Come along to our next local member defence session!
Our member defence sessions are where members come together to collectively resolve housing issues, win repairs, stop rent increases, halt evictions and improve our housing conditions.
Meetings are open to anyone with housing issues or who wants to work with others to win real changes. If you want to work on your issue with other members, you need to join as a member, come along to find out what that means or see our join page.
At each meeting we cover: training on member defence before we work together on different issues that people are experiencing.
Accessibility: there are several steps outside and indoors the toilet is only accessible by stairs. Kids are welcome and are at their parent or guardian’s responsibility. If you have translation needs or other accessibility needs let us know.
Time, dates and regularity: Meetings are monthly on Thursdays at 6.00pm - 7:30pm.
Location: the UCU office at 68 Oakfield Avenue. The 4/4A and 6/6A buses stop nearby, and the nearest subway stops are Kelvinbridge/Hillhead.
