In Pollokshields, issues of eviction, harassment and disrepair are rife. Pollokshields residents deserve better. Enter the fully formed and trained up Pollokshields Member Defence Team!

During this Member Defence Training session, we will:

- Run through aims and principles of the member defence (5 mins)
- Role play making first contact with the member (15 minutes)
- Examine two cases in detail (one eviction case and one case of disrepair) (30 mins)
- Look at strategy charts and timelining resources (10 mins)
- Plan an action for the branch! (20 mins)

By the end of the session, members will be ready to take on issues affecting their neighbours and fight and win better conditions for Pollokshields residents.
