It's clear that for too long landlords have been getting away with all that they can and have faced little to no repercussions from Edinburgh Council. That means letting rogue landlords off the hook and letting tenants down.

- Leaving rogue landlords with no place to hide by proactively cracking down on dodgy landlords.
- Funding enforcement properly by ensuring the enforcement team is properly resourced.
- Banning criminal landlords from council contracts - ensure rogue landlords don’t slip through the cracks in council procurement processes.
