As our communities face a cost of living crisis, developers plan to build 600 luxury flats in Shawlands, in a development that does not meet the needs of the community.
Living Rent Shawlands have been campaigning against this for the past year and listening to what local residents want for the Arcades. In May, Pollokshields Councillors signed Living Rent’s pledges, to oppose the current redevelopment plans.
