Come celebrate what Living Rent Toryglen has accomplished this year, and make plans for what's next!

Toryglen members have accomplished a lot in 2024--lowered a 40% rent hike, stopped eviction, and gotten Sanctuary Housing to do much needed maintenance to the gutters! 

Do you live on Edinbeg Ave, Drumreoch Place or Ardnahoe Avenue? If so, your gutters have been cleaned recently, or are in the process of being done. This is a direct result of your neighbours writing a letter to Sanctuary Director Pat Cahill--and when she ignored them, marching to the Sanctuary office to nail the point home. Within a week, a letter was sent out. In the following week, the work was being carried out.

This has all been through the hard work of locals coming together and demanding their voices be heard. And now it's time to celebrate, and make plans for what's next for the Toryglen group.
