Are you tired of slow repairs from your housing? Are you a council tax payer sick to the back teeth of the council leaving working class neighborhoods behind?
You aren't alone. Residents of Toryglen are fed up, and getting organised to take power into their own hands. Come along to the Geoff Shaw Community Center on February 22nd and join the effort!
Whether you are a tenant or a homeowner, if you want to see changes in your neighborhood and your housing and you want to work with your neighbors to make this happen, this meeting is for you. Come meet fellow residents, find out what local Living Rent members are doing in Toryglen, and be part of making a concrete plan to build a source of long-term local power.
Enough moaning--lets turn our anger into action!
Children welcome. Get in touch if you need help getting to the venue, or have any particular needs.
