Saturday Strategy Day Saturday 17th 11am - 5pm at St Margarets House 151 London Road EH7
Edinburgh is implementing a tourist levy, which will generate around £37 million each year, we want a proportion of this to go towards building and reparing council housing. So far, we got the council to pass a motion in support of it being spent on housing, in theory, but now we need a firm commitment.
Come along to this day to get stuck into this campaign and plan activities ethe next 6 months as well as hear about what else is happening in your union! No experience needed, just a passion to build more council housing!
This event is open to representatives of trade unions and community groups. So if you would like to attend in that capacity please let Sinead know!

- 11am - 11.30am - Trickle in, Tea/ cakes/ breakfast. Tea and coffee will be provided, but bring along some bits to share!
