Edinburgh City Wide Campaign Training Day - all members welcome!
Running effective campaigns is not just a stroke of luck, they need to be well organised and set us up to win bigger campaigns in the future. The benefit, anyone can run an effective campaign, as long as we have startegy,timeline and well organised people. This training is open to all members whether you have been involved before or not, we need everyones input!
Training Day Agenda 11am - 5pm
- The morning session will be focused only on training. This will cover practical organising and campaign tools, reflection past campaigns and how we use issue based campaigns as part of a union organising model.
- The afternoon session will be on getting us ready to launch our city wide Short Term Lets Campaign. We will go over the strategy and make a 4 month timeline that members across the city can get active in!
We will have an hour long lunch break and food will not be provided, so if you can please bring your own packed lunch. The day will also be broken up with shorter breaks If you have accessibility needs or any requirments, please get in touch so we can make sure you can partake. This event will not be hybird. Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
