This session will cover:

• How to effectively identify targets, allies and pick tactics
• Use the strategy chart to plan a winning approach to Member Defence issues
• The tools available and rules to follow when writing letters to landlords, councils, elected representatives

When tenants are faced with disrepair, landlord malpractice, harassment and eviction, the best people to deal with it are tenants ourselves. Through Living Rent, tenants build the knowledge and experience to stand up for our right to safe, secure, affordable housing.
