This session will look at how to write effective and professional letters, whether regarding a member defence case, a collective campaign demand or a response to a public official. Whilst it may feel daunting and abstract when you are starting to write and wonder how to represent the union, this session will provide you with practical steps and guidance, as well as plenty of examples to write effective letters to decision-makers and make sure everyone in your branch feels confident when doing so!
